The Ebony female nodded, her teardrop jewel glinting.
<He is young. He has not learnt the ways of his kind. Curiousity is not encouraged amongst his, where it is amongst mine.>

"Hum... I think I'd prefer him to stay with this curious personality though... But why is it that Death Gates do not encourage curiosity among their kind?"
She was interested in knowing more about both creatures since both were more than facinating to her. The small babe blinked, loosing interest after a while as he ran off, sparring in a playful manner with the zangoose babe.

Gi'Tinarth shrugged.
<No-one can fathom the Deathgate but the Deathgate. I assume that is the way it has always been with them. They do not question it.>

She nodded slightly, grinning. "You know, your specie and their kind are so oposite from one another..."
The babes continued to wrestle.

<Aye, that be true.>
Gi'Tiranth said, getting up now. Her black fur rustled like silk as she stretched.
<We are cousins, yet we are so different. We have names that are different. Deathgate names all contain something similiar. Like Khan'Kierra, and Khan'Hittsa, her bloodsister.>

"Ah... Very interesting indeed. And what about your kin? Do ye have similar names or related ones close to those of your brothers and sisters?"
She was rather curious to know, this specie was much way interesting, just like the DG. Only they were less hostile, which was good.

The ebony shook her head.
<Nay, I be an only daughter.>

"Oh... You're an only child? I see. Ah well, it has its good and bad parts, same with having sibblings. None of the two is trully perfect but each has their convenience. I myself am an only child in my family... But it sometimes does get lonely and when small you wish you had someone close to your age to comfort you in the bad times..."
The game beteen both babes had ended, the zangoose curling up in the female's lap while the death gate lied down besides the sitting totodile and the houndour, both pokemon not seeming to mind the company of the young child.

The dark female nodded, looking to the dark sky, aimlessly.
<Yes, one does long for siblings when one is alone in their bloodline. I can never have siblings. My mother is barren, my father long gone.>

Her own gaze turned to the dark sky as well, watching the mass of shadows.
"Then we are somewhere along the same path. I, too, cannot have any siblingas. My mother is long gone and my father is weak and older than before. His zangoose watched now over him back home."

The female Gi'Tiranth nodded, flicking her long glossy tail.
<Aye, we are alike. And be proud that a Zangoose watches your father. Pokemon are not easily detered, as you know, I assume.>

"Yes, I am glad she does watch him though he didn't think of it like a good thing at first. You see, I lost my mother to the claws of that pokemon... She had been confused by a Hypno and had tried to attack me. My mother got in the end and that's how I lost her."
Some of her pokemon were alert now, they had never heard some parts of their trainer's story and so they were naturally more than interested.

<Then that Zangoose owes a blood debt. Be safe in knowing that she will not betray you.>
Gi'Tiranth said, bowing her head. She had a story similar to that.
<I owe no blood debt, but I am owed.>

The female nodded, listening to the pokemon with a hint of curiosity. She was owed?
"May I ask who owes you then, if it is no trouble for you to tell me?"
The DG was now on her lap, purring slightly as a hand stroked his ebony fur softly.
